• Creation and implementation of a Trust and Foundation Strategy in a large national Children’s Charity raising £350,000 within 8 months of launching

• Recruiting and managing a fundraising team which exceeded its £1m target in the first year of operation

•  Initiating and delivering a small community event which continued to raise funds annually, raising over £100,000

• Securing over £1.5 million through Charitable Trusts and Foundations towards a Capital refurbishment project

• Training and advising a novice volunteer fundraiser to raise over £400,000 to build a new rescue centre

• Collaboration with CEO in a capital appeal to raise £800,000 to purchase a building for a charity to house its services

• Training novice fundraisers into dedicated fundraisers whom have achieved full-time positions in National Charities

• Designing and implementing a community fundraising strategy for a National Charity- recruiting a network of volunteers nationwide
